Crops can be very heavy – a dwarf plum tree can yield 30ibs or more for many years. Even a Plum tree in a pot can bear handsome, heavy crops. Use a soil-based compost such as John Innes no 2 for Plums in a pot, and a 20″ container or upwards in size.
Dwarfing Plum trees on Pixy will reach 180-200cm’s in height with a similar spread, less if grown in a container.
