A very late variety. Harvest as late as possible, in November. Will store with ease until March, and sometimes later.

Large and quite highyl coloured, developing a handsome dark red flush on the sunny side. Flesh fiurm and green/white, yellowing later.

Reasonably sweet for a cooker when properly ripe.
